Sheffield Hallam University to Host Women’s University Development Day
The RFL is pleased to announce that the 2026 Women’s University Development Day will take place on Sunday 10 May at Sheffield Hallam University, delivered in collaboration with BUCS (British Universities & Colleges Sport) and Sheffield Eagles.
The development day will be led by former England international and Andrea Dobson MBE, supported by the wider Sheffield Eagles coaching staff.
Designed to focus on player development and skill progression, the event is aimed at players who are currently involved in the game and those who may be considering higher education Rugby League. Attendees can expect an engaging day of practical learning, insight and networking opportunities.
All attendees will receive:
- A chance to win a coaching bundle worth over £200
- A chance to win an Oxen gift voucher valued at £75
- Free entry to the Sheffield Eagles vs Hull KR Women’s Championship fixture
