The Safeguarding and Protecting Children course is a core part of the coach license scheme.

Safeguarding Refresher Course

Online refresher course cost £19.00. 

The RFL’s online safeguarding & protecting children refresher (SPC) course for those coaches and volunteers wishing to renew their safeguarding qualification who have previously completed the 3 hour full course is no longer available through ActivFirst.

The RFL’S online safeguarding & protecting children refresher course is now available on the RFL’s online education platform.

Access to the RFL’s Education platform is through your Gameday account in your accreditations section.

Time to Listen (TTL) Course

Due to a change in the management of Time to Listen training the RFL are no longer able to offer Time to Listen. Until further notice we will be accepting UK Coaching – Welfare Officer Training; Time to Listen (multi sports) To book a place this is done directly through UK Coaching using the link below:

As we will be unable to check who has attended it’s important to send be a copy of your certificate to the Safeguarding Department so this can be added to Game Day. Please send them to safeguarding@rfl.co.uk
