The RFL supports coaches at every stage of their journey, from those taking their first steps in community sport to experienced coaches working within the talent pathway and professional game.

Through education, development programmes, resources and governance, the RFL aims to equip coaches with the knowledge, skills and support needed to create positive environments where players can learn, develop and enjoy Rugby League.
