Holders Hull KR will host Super League newcomers York Knights in the Betfred Challenge Cup quarter-finals in one of four mouthwatering ties.
Presenter Gethin Jones conducted the draw on BBC's Morning Live show with co-presenter Helen Skelton hosting.
York memorably defeated the Robins at home in the first Super League game in their history last month but they will have to win at Sewell Group Craven Park if they are to take a step closer to Wembley.
They have never lifted the Cup and only appeared in the final once back in the 1931-32 season.
Warrington Wolves, who have lost at Wembley in each of the last two seasons, were drawn at home to 2023 winners Leigh Leopards while St Helens will entertain Catalans Dragons.
Wakefield Trinity, who knocked Leeds Rhinos out in the last round, are rewarded with a home tie against Wigan Warriors, who have won the Cup a record 21 times.
Saints and England prop Alex Walmsley, who won the Cup with Saints in 2021, was a guest on the live show along with York's Josh Griffin, who tasted glory in the competition with Hull FC in 2017.
Ties will be played over the weekend of April 11-12 with the Cup final at Wembley on May 30.
