BOXPARK Wembley is set to become Rugby Rox Park, the official Challenge Cup Finals Day Fan Zone, on Saturday 12th August.
Former Rugby AM presenter Alex Simmons will be joined at the popular venue by a host of RL celebrities throughout the action-packed day, and after a successful stint when Cup Finals Day moved to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2022, Alex will also be returning as our in-Stadium DJ during the afternoon.
Wembley legends Adrian Morley and Martin Offiah MBE are booked in, and there will be special guest appearances by two players especially close to the Betfred Men’s Challenge Cup Finalists – former Leigh favourite Mickey Higham and Scott Murrell, whose long and distinguished career has included spells with both Hull KR and Halifax, who will face Batley Bulldogs in the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup Final.
BOXPARK Wembley (HA9 0JT) is located on Wembley Way, convenient for both Wembley Park tube station and the Wembley Central overland and it boasts three bars and 20 vendors offering a wide variety of street food.
Rugby Rox Park will kick off at 10am and run until 11pm with free entry - but you can jump the queue and guarantee your entry with a pre-purchase ticket at £10 per person available HERE, and £3 from every ticket going to Rugby League Cares.
Expect pre-match interviews, fan games, singalongs, exclusive giveaways and much more, with Alex Simmons joined by his former Rugby AM partner Wayne Godwin and a number of other special guests.
Rugby Rox Park is just one of the many reasons to join the party at Betfred Challenge Cup Finals Day on Saturday August 12, with tickets selling fast for the triple-header which kicks off with Leeds Rhinos facing St Helens in the first Women’s Final at Wembley, before Hull KR take on Leigh Leopards at 3pm, then Batley face Halifax Panthers in a Yorkshire showdown for the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup. Make sure you’re there with prices starting from only £20 Adults and £10 Under 16s at eticketing.co.uk/rugbyleague.
