Summer Bash 2023 FAQs

Tickets are now on sale for the 2023 Betfred Championship Summer Bash at York’s LNER Community Stadium on Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 May 2023.

Fixtures to be played as follows: 

Saturday 27 May 2023

Game 4 – Featherstone v York

Game 3 – London v Toulouse

Game 2 – Whitehaven v Barrow

Game 1 – Widnes v Swinton

Sunday 28 May 2023

Game 3 – Keighley v Bradford

For Season Ticket Holders of Championship clubs, tickets are available direct from each club at 50% off full price, with Day tickets from £10 Adults and £5 U16s and Weekend tickets from £17.50 Adults and £8.75 U16s. If you are a Season Ticket holder, please visit your club’s website for more info.

A small allocation of full price tickets is available to buy from central sales at eticketing.co.uk/rugbyleague

When can I buy a ticket?

Tickets are available to buy now. If you are a Season Ticket Holder at a Championship club, you should buy via your club to take advantage of the 50% off for your match tickets – please visit your club’s website for more info.

If you are not a Season Ticket holder at a Championship club, you can buy your tickets for full price at eticketing.co.uk/rugby-league. Day tickets from £20 Adults & £10 U16s, and Weekend tickets from £35 Adults & £17.50 U16s. 

How many tickets can I buy?

There is no limitation on the number of tickets that you can purchase.

Can I choose my seats?

No, seating is allocated as Best Available when you choose your ticket category. 

When and how will I receive my tickets?

Tickets purchased via Championship clubs will be printed and fans will receive their tickets nearer the time of the event and no later than four weeks out from matchday.

Tickets bought centrally via eticketing.co.uk/rugbyleague will also be physically printed with no Print@Home tickets available. When you buy your tickets, you will receive a booking confirmation and your match tickets will be posted to you nearer the event and no later than four weeks out from matchday. 

Will I need an email address to purchase tickets?

Yes, if buying centrally via eticketing.co.uk/rugbyleague, email addresses will now be a mandatory part of the ticket buying process. Customers must create an account, which can be done here, prior to purchasing tickets. If you do not have an email address, then you can register free at many email suppliers, and this only takes a matter of minutes. Or seek permission from a friend or family member to utilise their email address for booking.

I require a wheelchair space what should I do?

Any customers requiring wheelchair tickets should email ticketing@rfl.co.uk.  

Can I attend all matches on each day?

Yes, your Day match ticket entitles you to attend and watch all the matches taking place that day. If you have a Weekend ticket, you can watch all the matches across both days. 

Can I leave the stadium and re-enter?

Yes, the stadium will have a Pass Out system available so you can leave the stadium and then re-enter the stadium on your matchday(s).

What food and beverage will be available?

Food and beverage concessions will be open throughout the stadium and alcohol will be allowed to be consumed in stadium seats. Please note that the LNER Community Stadium is cashless and accepts all major bank cards.
