Following an impressive victory last weekend, Midlands Hurricanes have announced that they will host a Midlands 9-a-side tournament on Sunday 1st May.
The tournament coincides with a home fixture for the Hurricanes – they host Hunslet in what’s set to be a thrilling clash, and everyone who participates in the tournament will receive a free ticket to the game.
It’ll be an action-packed day at the home of Midlands Hurricanes, with the full event schedule as follows:
- 09:00: Teams arrive for 9’s Tournament
- 10:00: Tournament kick-off
- 14:00: Tournament final – to be played on first team main pitch
- 15:00: Midlands Hurricanes vs Hunslet RLFC
- 17:00: Post-match music & social event
