Try Tag Rugby League returns to action

Following the lifting of the second national lockdown on Tuesday night, it was great to see Rugby Football League partners Try Tag Rugby back running leagues again on Wednesday evening.

Despite their being no fixtures over the last four weeks, players were straight back into the thick of it with many playing their delayed Autumn League finals and play-off fixtures.

With no break between seasons, most leagues will be starting new 8-10-week Winter Leagues over the next fortnight prior to Christmas.

If you don’t currently play, now is a great time to get involved!

Try Tag Rugby currently run leagues in London, Bradford, Bristol, Coventry, Leamington, Spa, Leeds, Manchester, Reading, Wakefield and Wigan.

Leagues are fun, social and a way to keep fit and meet people safely. Male and female players (14+) of all abilities - including those who have never played Rugby League before - are welcome.

Players can register for leagues as teams or individuals to be placed on a team. Free taster sessions for new players are also available.

All leagues are run in line with Rugby Football League and Government Approved COVID-19 Return to Play Guidance.
