Doncaster were attacking approximately 10 metres from the Whitehaven try line. During an attack, Whitehaven defender Jake Bradley made a tackle on a Doncaster player who was not in possession of the ball. As the tackle was on a player without the ball and was forceful, I issued Bradley with a yellow card.
