Volunteer Recruitment & Onboarding

The guidance and resources below are designed to support clubs to effectively and safely recruit volunteers.

RFL Volunteer Portal

The RFL Volunteer Portal is an online recruitment platform that connects interested volunteers with opportunities to volunteer in Rugby League.

  • The portal allows volunteers to get involved in Rugby League volunteering without having to make a long-term commitment
  • Community Rugby League clubs can create free accounts and use the platform to advertise volunteer roles
  • The most effective way to use the portal is to advertise one-off tasks or events, however, it can be used to advertise ongoing volunteer positions
  • There are over 550 volunteers registered on the platform

If your club is interested in using the portal to advertise volunteer roles, click here to create an account. Once you have set up your account you will be sent a ‘how to guide’ to get you started.
