Initial response

We will contact you to discuss your request and agree next steps. This may involve an in-person meeting, online call, or support via email.

Ongoing support (if required)

Where additional support is needed, we will continue to provide further guidance and resources. 

We aim to respond to all support requests within 3 working days.
