Rugby League - it’s more than a sport!
As 2025 draws to a close, the RFL is proud to share the 2025 More Than a Sport series, a celebration of the incredible work taking place across our communities that continues to drive Rugby League forward!
The series is dedicated to the Rugby League family, celebrating our communities' instrumental impact to the incredible sport that is Rugby League. From the RFL’s ongoing commitment to inclusion and diversity, to the development of its players and volunteers, the creation of new opportunities and delivering better experiences for the entire Rugby League family, More Than a Sport reflects what makes our sport truly special.
Throughout 2025, the RFL has seen impressive growth across much of the sport, alongside the introduction of new initiatives designed to ensure that no one is left behind. These efforts underline a clear commitment to strengthening our communities, supporting life-long involvement and building a more inclusive future for Rugby League.
