
The Girls League Premier Division Grand Finals will take place at Featherstone Rovers on Saturday 13th September, concluding the 2025 league season.
The Girls League has continued to grow, with sixteen new clubs and nearly 30 new teams across the age groups. With over 3500 players registered this season, the league is bigger and more exciting than ever!
This season saw the introduction of the Premier Division at Under 15s making the Finals Day a triple header of enthralling games. Teams have competed all season in the hope of being crowned the League Champions at Under 14s, 15s and 16s which will be decided on Saturday.
Hull KR finished top of the table in the Under 14s Premier Division, with an impressive 12 wins from 14. Bentley were dominant in the Under 15s age group, topping the table and Dewsbury Moor were the Under 16s League Leaders losing only just one game all season.
However, there were upsets and close scorelines in the semi-final Play-Offs to decide who will compete in Saturday's Grand Finals.
In the Under 14s Premier Division, Hull KR carried on their dominant display with an impressive 54-0 win over Oulton Raidettes, whilst Dewsbury Moor narrowly bear Wigan St Patricks 4-0.
The Under 15s semi-finals saw an upset with Leigh Miners Rangers knocking out Bentley 18-12, and in the second game, Drighlington were victorious against Oulton Raidettes with a 20-12 win.
Lastly, the Under 16s semi-finals saw Dewsbury Moor book another place in the Grand Finals with a 48-6 win over Chester-le-Street and Whinmoor Warriors victorious against Lock Lane, with a 36-18 scoreline.
Across all the Regional and Premier Divisions, there have been new clubs, teams and players involved in activity this season with so much to celebrate about the Women & Girls game. The League Finals will capture the talent of the players across the regions, and potentially our stars of the future.
