Lloyd Roby of North Wales Crusaders was found not guilty of a Grade E charge of biting in a Betfred League One fixture against Swinton Lions on May 4.
The Grade E charge required an independent Operational Rules Tribunal, which was convened on May 27 – and ruled there was insufficient evidence for the tribunal “to be satisfied to the appropriate standard” that the alleged offence had taken place.
Roby therefore remains available for the Crusaders’ home fixture against Rochdale Hornets on Sunday.
