
England Wheelchair Head Coach Tom Coyd MBE has made an initial selection of eight players for the 2025 National Performance Squad.
This follows the recent England Tri-Series at the University of York.
The selection comprises two players from each of the 2025 Betfred Wheelchair Challenge Cup finalists, Halifax Panthers and London Roosters, plus three from the reigning Wheelchair Super League champions Leeds Rhinos, and one from Catalans Dragons.
Coyd has reaffirmed that further additions will be made to the 2025 NPS after the “Future of England” fixture, also at the University of York, on Sunday June 15 – with the selection for the autumn’s Ashes tour of Australia to be confirmed later in the summer.

*Tom Halliwell is currently ruled out and due to have shoulder surgery.
