With just one game to go in the regular season of Betfred League One, what action will unfold in Round 23?
Midlands and Hunslet face off at the Alexander Stadium, and this will be their third meeting of the year. The previous two contests have been extremely close, with Hunslet clinching a narrow victory on both occasions.
Over at Colwyn Bay, North Wales take on Cornwall. Last time out in Wales the Choughs emerged 38-40 victors (in 2023) but haven’t been able to beat the Crusaders in 2024.
League leaders Oldham return to Boundary Park, where they will be presented with the League One Trophy on Sunday. Sean Long’s men will host Workington Town – a side who can further cement their Play-Off place with a win this weekend.
Nearby, Rochdale play hosts to Keighley, and it’s set to be a fierce clash as 2nd v 3rd meet once again in the final round. Round 15 saw a tasty 20-20 draw unfold between the two sides back in July – but will we see more of the same?
