- Jordan Thompson (York Knights) – Grade C Dangerous Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Jesse Dee (York Knights) – Grade B Dangerous Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice (Higher end of grade)
- Will Dagger (York Knights) – Grade D Headbutt – 2 Match Penalty Notice and £125 Fine
- Jordan Thompson (York Knights) – Grade B Dangerous Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice (Higher end of grade)
