- Nick Gregson (Swinton Lions) – Grade C Dangerous Contact – 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Jamie Doran (Whitehaven) – Grade C Other Contrary Behaviour – 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Dan Parker (Keighley Cougars) – Grade C Dangerous Contact – 2 Match Penalty Notice
