Oldham have announced the permanent acquisition of winger Ryan Ince ahead of the 2021 Betfred Championship season.
Ince featured in two Betfred Championship games on loan for the Roughyeds in March prior to the 2020 season being curtailed.
The 24-year-old has previously spent time with Widnes Vikings, scoring 19 tries across 22 appearances for the club in 2019. Ince joined Leigh Centurions for the 2020 season and has previously spent time on loan with Whitehaven, Hunslet and North Wales Crusaders.
On the move, Ince said: “I enjoyed my time at Oldham and that had a big bearing on my decision to sign. Everyone at the club, including the other lads and the fans, made me feel welcome.”
Oldham Head Coach Matt Diskin added: “Ryan is quality. I’m excited by his capture.
“We were impressed when he played on loan for us against Bradford and Dewsbury in March. He has pedigree and experience and he’s a good person too.
“He can play centre as well, so he gives us options. Ryan is a big signing.”
