Sasch Brook, Academy Football Manager at Hull FC, today celebrates his 21st anniversary of working for the club.
Brook has served in a variety of roles over the last 21 years with the Black and Whites, having started his employment with the club on November 15, 1999.
Before that, he cut his teeth with Gateshead Thunder during their single, memorable Super League campaign in 1999 – and has also been a great servant of the community game with Oulton Raiders.
And Sasch will be offering further evidence of his commitment to the game by joining a challenge to raise funds for the Motor Neurone Disease Association in support of Rob Burrow on Saturday November 28 – the day after the Grand Final at Hull FC's KCOM Stadium.
“A group of us will be taking part in a 24-hour, 80 mile run/walk challenge, leaving from Hessle and finishing in Filey 24 hours later.
“We will be travelling along the Yorkshire Wolds throughout the day and night before arriving on the East Coast at Filey in what will be a very physically and mentally challenging 24 hours."
