Batley Bulldogs, Dewsbury Rams, Leigh Centurions, Doncaster and York City Knights are all just two wins away from Wembley after securing their respective places in the 1895 Cup quarter-finals.
Leigh proved to be the biggest winners of the day as they eased past Workington Town 62-12 on home turf.
Gregg McNally scored a hat-trick of tries for the Centurions, who led 2-46 at the break and handed a second debut to Gareth Hock.
Meanwhile, Doncaster are the only League 1 side left in the competition after winning 24-12 at Oldham.
It was 6-6 at the break, but the Dons scored three tries back-to-back which put them out of sight.
Elsewhere, Betfred Championship side York battled to overcome Newcastle Thunder 30-16 at Bootham Crescent.
They were just 16-10 up at half time, but a Junior Vaivai-inspired second-half performance saw them over the line.
Meanwhile, the Heavy Woollen duo of Batley Bulldogs and Dewsbury Rams both progressed in comfortable fashion.
The Rams were 44-26 winners at home to Swinton with Liam Finn's seven goals and a Sam Day double providing the difference.
And Batley won 38-18 at home to Rochdale Hornets.
Rochdale were in the contest at the break just 16-12 down, but four tries in 20 minutes after the restart helped secure Batley's place in the final eight.
