The following cases have been heard by an Independent Operational Rules Tribunal (HHJ Guy Kearl QC, Neil Turley & Russ Bridge);
Gareth Hock (Featherstone) pleaded not guilty to the Grade D Use of Knees charge in the Betfed Championship fixture against Swinton Lions on July 15. The player was found guilty but the charge was downgraded to Grade C. He has been banned for three matches and fined £250.
Danny Bridge (Oldham) - pleaded guilty to a Grade F Assault on Match Official charge in the Betfred League 1 fixture against Keighley Cougars on July 13. The player has been banned for nine months and fined £75.
Tom Ashton (Hunslet) - pleaded guilty to a Grade D Dangerous Contact charge in the Betfred League 1 fixture against Bradford Bulls on July 15, but challenged the severity of the grading. The tribunal agreed that the grading was correct and player has been banned for four matches and fined £75.

Danny McGuire (Hull KR) - Grade A Contact with Match Official (1 Match Suspension)
Mose Masoe (Hull KR) - Grade C Dangerous Contact (2 Match Suspension)
Danny Walker (Widnes) - Grade A Dangerous Throw (0 Match Suspension)
Russ Spiers (Doncaster) - Grade B Punching (1 Match Suspension)
Josh Johnson (York) - Grade B Punching (1 Match Suspension)
Ben Moores (Rochdale) - Grade B Foul & Abusive Language to a Match Official (2 Match Suspension)
Karl Ostrum (Workington) - Grade A Punching (1 Match Suspension)
Anthony Murray (North Wales Coach) - Grade B Foul & Abusive Language to a Match Official (1 Match Suspension)
