North Wales Crusaders maintained their flawless record with an emphatic 46-0 victory away to Doncaster in the Betfred League One.

Ben Moores scored two of eight tries in the match, with Tommy Johnson kicking seven conversions to take the Crusaders to their big total.

The other tries came from Patrick Ah Van, Matt Reid, Rob Massam, Chris Barratt, Jack Holmes and Gav Rodden.

Doncaster were unable to get on the scoresheet, while the Crusaders did not let up in the second half after leading the contest 28-0 at half-time.

The result leaves the Crusaders at the top of the table after seven matches with 14 points and a points difference of 227. Doncaster sit in fifth.

Joe Sanderson kicked eight successful conversions as Hunslet stormed to a dominant 52-16 win over Cornwall.

Jimmy Watson, Jordan Paga and Wayne Reittie all scored two tries in the win, while Cornwall remain without a victory in the division but are above London Skolars and West Wales Raiders on points difference.

Cornwall managed to score three tries in reply through Liam Whitton, Harry Aaronson and Jamie Prisk, with Joe Purcell converting two.

But Cornwall were unable to affect the result, with Hunslet dominating in the second half after leading 22-12 at the break.

Swinton Lions also recorded a high-scoring 58-14 victory over London Skolars, who are also without a point in the league so far.

Max Roberts scored three tries for the home side at Heywood Road while Lewis Charnock and Ben Hayes finished the match with two apiece.

In Saturday's action, Keighley Cougars were 46-4 winners at West Wales Raiders.

Keighley led 22-0 at half time and were led around by the impressive Jack Miller who scored a hat-trick of tries and kicked five goals for a personal 22-point haul.

Mo Agoro scored twice for the Cougars, while there were also tries for James Feather, Nathan Roebuck, Alix Stephenson and Charlie Graham. Callum Mulkeen was West Wales' sole tryscorer.

Elsewhere on Saturday, Rochdale Hornets continued their fine start to 2022 with aa hard-fought 44-24 win over Midlands Hurricanes.

The scores were ties at 18-all at half time - Cobi Green, Cian Tyrer and Dan Nixon were Rochdale's first-half tryscorers, with Midlands replying through Hyden Freeman, Jordan Bull, and Benn Hardcastle.

Hardcastle and Rochdale's Lewis Sheridan traded three goals each before the Hornets took control in the second half.

Though Liam Welham scored for the visitors on the hour mark, Hardcastle converting, tries for Paul Brearley, Fuifui Moimoi, Gavin Bennion, Tyrer's second and a final score for Gregg McNally.

Sheridan ended his day with six goals in what was a ultimately a comfortable win for Matt Calland's side.
