The first in a monthly series of extended England Rugby League highlights is here and what better way to kick things off than an England victory over Australia!
We go back to the opening game of the 1995 Rugby League World Cup for this one as England hosted Australia in a Group A clash at Wembley Stadium.
The star-studded England side which took to the field that day:
Kris Radlinski, Jason Robinson, Barrie-Jon Mather, Paul Newlove, John Bentley; Daryl Powell, Shaun Edwards; Karl Harrison, Lee Jackson, Andy Platt, Denis Betts, Phil Clark, Andy Farrell.
And on the interchange bench were Bobbie Goulding, Simon Haughton and Chris Joynt with Head Coach Phil Larder leading the side.
