Following last week's announcement of the Regional coaching and management teams, England Universities Rugby League have announced the dates, times and venues for the trials for their six regional sides. The regional sides are the first rung on the England Universities ladder, with players selected for the region in which they are studying, with a round of inter-regional games: Following the inter-regional games, players are selected for their Origin side, with Midlands, South East and South West aligning to the South and North West, North East and Yorkshire aligning to the North, with the University Origin Match taking place in early 2022, leading to the final England squad being selected.

Players will be contacted by a member of their region's coaching and management team.

"With less than a week to go, our regional coaching and management teams will now be contacting players to make arrangements for the trials and we are looking forward to seeing what all of the players who trial can offer to the national side." - North East: Saturday 6th November, 10am start, Gateshead International Stadium
- Yorkshire: Sunday 31st October, 10am start, South Leeds Stadium
- North West: Sunday 31st October, 10am start, Salford College
- Midlands: Saturday 30th October, 10am start, Loughborough University
- South East: Saturday 13th November, 10am start, St Mary's University (Twickenham)
- South West: Saturday 30th October, 1pm start, Plock Court 4G, Gloucester
