Hunslet ran in eight tries in an action-packed 46-24 win over Doncaster.
Mikey Wood and Matty Chrimes put them 10-0 up after 37 minutes before Robbie Ward crashed over under the posts for the hosts.
Chrimes and Will Cooke extended Hunslet's lead with Jason Tali responding for Doncaster.
Dave Gibbons grabbed Hunslet's fifth before Aaron York scored twice to cut the deficit to just two points.
But tries from Vila Halafihi, Wayne Reittie and Jordan Andrade in the final 10 minutes saw Hunslet romp clear. Gibbons contributed with an impressive 14 points with the boot.
Taylor Prell and Mo Agoro scored two tries apiece as Keighley Cougars beat Rochdale Hornets 42-20.
Prell set the tone for the afternoon with a try in the first minute and Josh Slingsby, Aaron Levy and Ben Stead also crossed for the visitors.
Will Tate, Danny Yates, Jovili Taira and Dan Nixon were the try scorers for the Hornets.
North Wales Crusaders won a one-sided derby against West Wales Raiders 72-4.
Matty Race, Rob Massam and Matt Reid all scored twice while there were further tries for Ben Morris, Patrick Ah Van, Warren Thompson, Callum Hazzard and Cameron Berry.
Rowland Kaye scored the final try of the match for the Raiders in the last minute.
On Saturday, Coventry Bears ran out 14-12 winners at London Skolars thanks to a late penalty from Dan Coates.
The teams were tied at 12-12 after Lameck Juma scored twice for the Skolars with Liam Welham and David Scott replying for the visitors, and Coates won it with virtually the final kick.
Workington Town's home clash with Barrow Raiders was postponed due to positive coronavirus tests in the Raiders camp.
