Castleford Tigers take on Hull FC in arguably the pick of the Betfred Super League fixtures this week, 7.45pm kick off tonight on Sky Sports.
The Tigers will be in buoyant mood after reaching the Challenge Cup final last weekend but are aiming to snap a three-game losing streak in the league which includes their 66-6 home collapse against Leeds two weeks ago.
In opposition, Hull FC were left licking their wounds as they lost out to St Helens in the other Cup semi-final, coming up short in a 33-18 reverse.
Their last league game as also a defeat against Saints but wins over Leeds and Wigan during May could be the platform for another confident performance as they look to build on their four wins from eight league games so far which has left them fifth in the table.
Elsewhere in the Betfred Super League this week, Hull KR host Salford Red Devils and Warrington Wolves face Wakefield Trinity on Friday night.
And Saturday sees a tie between Catalans Dragons and Leigh Centurions at the Leigh Sports Village.
