Workington followed up their opening round win at Hunslet with a nine-try romp against the Skolars at Derwent Park.

Holroyd, who is on loan from Leigh Centurions, led the way and there were also two tries from the team's other winger Alex Young.

Two tries from Wakefield Trinity loanee Ollie Greensmith on his debut helped Doncaster RLFC edge out Rochdale Hornets 30-22 at the Keepmoat Stadium.

On Saturday, Hunslet and Coventry Bears got off the mark with victories in Wales.
