The 27-year-old hooker has spent the 2017 season with French club Lezignan after leaving Hull KR following their relegation at the end of 2016 and is looking forward to returning to England.
"It was a great opportunity for me," said Boudebza, who was in Hull KR's 2015 Ladbrokes Challenge Cup final team. "London is a great club, with great players and staff. They want to be in Super League and I wanted to be a part of that challenge."

London coach Andrew Henderson made the move for Boudebza after losing hooker James Cunningham and half-back Will Barthau to injury and is keen to add some Betfred Super League experience heading into the Super 8s Qualifiers.
"John's an established player and he'll bring some value to the team," Henderson said. "He's a French international and he's spent a couple of seasons in Super League recently, so he knows that level of football."
