Player and Head Coach Ieuan-Rhys Beal gives an update to rugby-league.com after a whirlwind start to life at the Vipers.
The Bedfordshire club were only re-formed back in February and have already taken part in their first league match.
"We've now had two competitive fixtures, losing one to a last play try at MK Wolves 34-32 and a victory in our first league game in nine years! We beat Cambridge Lions 34-30.
We have recruited strongly, with over 35 players pulling on the new Vipers jersey so far, and averaging 23 players per training session.
Here it is! The first Vipers team in 9 years to hit the field. One more sleep until they take on @BedfordTigers #vipernation @East_RL pic.twitter.com/kmPtLFvELC

We have a unique blend of experience and raw talent, which has probably been the catalyst to our early success.
Training up and running! Never to late to get involved in the #vipernation ðŸ be that playing, coaching or volunteering! #rugbyleague pic.twitter.com/M9RmUglJrt

The new lads who have a union background have adapted superbly and I tip some of them to go further if they advance themselves.
The club now has six strong and supportive sponsors; Penrose Estate Agents, Safe Access Scaffolding, Keltbray, Hill Professional Developments, The Bear Club and Brand Ambassadors.
Was great to see lead sponsors @penrose_ea at last nights game with @BedfordTigers! Adam Yusuf bagged the 1st Viper try too! #ViperNation ðŸ pic.twitter.com/9cXT7yLXV3

The club is stable both on and off the pitch, with support coming from host club Stockwood Park RFC, and in particular Tony Harman and Mark Lovell.
We have a superb social side of things and look to get everyone involved, ensuring all players of all abilities feel welcome and part of the club."
Another weekend of RL done! Thanks to all the lads who represented the #vipernation yesterday, some sore bodies I'm sure! ðŸ #Vipers #RL pic.twitter.com/29rU1CkCI5
