Northampton Demons 38 v 12 Leamington Royals
Northampton claimed back-to-back titles after overcoming a spirited Leamington side who never gave in.
Man-of-the-match Ben Hanger created two first half tries, one for Jamie Partridge and a penalty try as well as bagging one himself to give Northampton a 20-0 half time lead.
The other try was scored by Luke Jones with Josh Dawes adding 2 conversions.
An early 50 yard effort from Tom Bailey converted by Dawes gave Demons a 26-0 lead just after half-time.
Leamington fought back with two tries of their own, one from Adam Clifford and one from Ricky Alford both converted by Tom Hyam to make it 26-12 with 20 minutes to go.
Northampton sealed the game with two more tries from Mitch Stephenson and Paul Stewart both converted to make the final score 38-12 and win back to back Premier Division titles.
