Please state that you have previously purchased accessible tickets with Rugby League Ticketing before. As our databases are updated regularly any previous documentation submitted may require updating, we will advise if this is the case, and you can supply as per the instructions in the above.

Please note that Ticketmaster are unable to book complimentary assistant tickets.

Audio Commentary

Rugby League is committed to ensuring that all supporters experience the best possible experience. 

We offer an audio descriptive commentary service at all our events for Rugby League fans who have visual impairments.

To book this service, please email ticketing@rlcommercial.co.uk with your Full Name, Contact Number and Booking Reference, if applicable.

You will be able to collect the audio descriptive commentary equipment from the ticket office at the venue on the day of the event and return it to the same ticket office, post event. A small, refundable deposit of £10 will be payable upon collection and will be returned to you upon safe return of the equipment.

The RFL shall process your personal data

• to allow us to identify your personal requirements in order to provide a complimentary assistant ticket to a Rugby League Major Event
• to validate your suitability for accessible and/or wheelchair seating a Rugby League Major Event
