RFL ticketing provides a complimentary assistant ticket for disabled spectators at RFL/SLE events
If you have never purchased accessible tickets with RFL ticketing before

If you have previously purchased accessible tickets with RFL ticketing

Please state that you have previously purchased accessible tickets with RFL Ticketing before. As our databases are updated regularly any previous documentation submitted may require updating, we will advise if this is the case and you can supply as per the instructions in the above.
Alternatively, to speak with an operator, you can call our Enquiries phoneline on 0330 111 1113, however we would always recommend disabled spectators contact us in line with the above to ensure the fastest and most efficient service. Please note that Ticketmaster are unable to book complimentary assistant tickets.

The venues where we host our events operate their own accessible parking arrangements. Please contact the venue you are attending directly to arrange any accessible parking needs. If you need further information with regards to contacting the venues, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
