Club Fees
Club online payments is optional and available for any club who wishes to use it. Please note that Game Day charge 3.55% (plus VAT) on every payment for using this service.
Step 1
Log into your passport account
Step 2
Click on 'Membership & Competition Management'.
Step 3
Click on your clubs logo.
Step 4
Click on ‘Finances’ and then ‘Financial Settings’
Step 5

Step 6
Input your email address and your mobile phone number. Stripe will text a one-time code to your mobile number, so ensure to have this readily available.
If you already have a Stripe account, it’s important that you set up a new one for GameDay.
Step 7
Select your business type. Guide below on business types:
Individual/Sole Trader: Non-incorporated organisation, not registered on Companies House. You will not be asked questions about your business directors.
Company: Incorporated organisation registered on Companies House. You will be asked for your Companies House Registration Number and details of your business directors.
Non-profit: Incorporated on Companies House, as a charity or non-profit. You will be asked for your Companies House Registration Number and details of your business directors.
Step 8
Individual/Sole Trader:
Input your personal details.
Non-profit or Company:
Enter details about your organisation.
Step 9
Non profit or Company:
You will be required to verify that you represent the business.
You may also be asked to provide details on the executives.
Individual/Sole Trader:
Input your business details. This is likely going to be ‘Other membership organisations’ but please select the most relevant option for your club.
Step 10
Input your bank details and ‘Continue’. Stripe will then verify your details and approve your setup request.
