Disciplinary: Tonight's cases

The following cases were heard this evening (Tues 19 June) by an Independent Operational Rules Tribunal (HH Rodney Grant, Stuart Fielden & Neil Turley);

Sam Moa (Catalans Dragons) - player pleaded guilty but challenged the grading. Panel agreed with the grading, and the player receives a 2 match suspension and £500 fine (plus forfeits the £500 challenge bond).

Alex Trumper (North Wales Crusaders) - player pleaded not guilty but was found guilty of a Grade D Dangerous Contact charge and receives a 3 match suspension and £75 fine.

Macauley Hallett (Dewsbury Rams) - case is adjourned to allow player more time to prepare for Tribunal.

The following players have accepted penalty notices issued by the Match Review Panel;

Ryan Fieldhouse (Barrow Raiders) - Grade C Striking (2 matches)

Chris Houston (Widnes Vikings) - Grade B Disputes decision (2 matches)
