The draw for the fourth round of the Coral Challenge Cup will be broadcast by BBC Sport online and Red Button on Monday evening (10 February, 6.30pm) live from The Shay, home of Halifax RLFC.
Halifax, who captivated neutral Rugby League supporters with a run all the way to the semi-final stage last year, are one of 13 Betfred Championship clubs going into the winners of this weekend’s 11 second round ties. Fourth round ties will be played on the weekend of 22 and 23 February.
The draw for round one of the Coral Women’s Challenge Cup will follow the men’s draw at 7.15pm and will be streamed live on Our League. Going into the hat will be the Army (ball 1), Cutskye (2), Durham (3), East Leeds (4), Halifax (5), Hull KR (6), Keighley Cougars (7), Nottingham (8), RAF (9), Rochdale Hornets (10), Whitley Bay Barbarians (11) and Wigan St Patricks (12). Ties will be played on Saturday 1 March.
Both draws will be presented by the BBC’s Dave Woods, and the ties drawn by special guests Nicky Chance-Thompson and Wilf George. George was a try scorer in Halifax’s famous Wembley cup final victory over St Helens in 1987; Chance-Thompson is chief executive of the town’s multi award-winning Piece Hall and Yorkshire’s Businesswoman of the Year in 2019.
BBC Sport and the Rugby Football League will continue to stream games from the men’s competition up to and including the fifth round, the draw for which will take place on Monday 24 February.
This weekend’s live streams come from Rochdale, Aldershot and Barrow. At 12.30pm on Saturday, BBC Online will be showing Rochdale Mayfield versus North Wales Crusaders, with Our League showing the Army versus Ince Rose Bridge live from Aldershot at 2.15pm the same day, followed by Barrow Raiders versus London Skolars on Sunday, 3pm.
