She has held executive roles including Head of Olympic and Paralympic Programmes at British Cycling and Performance Director positions at British Athletics, England Netball, and Archery GB.

Sara has led complex, multi million pound performance systems, driven organisational transformation, and overseen medal winning outcomes at the Olympic and Commonwealth Games. Her career spans executive consultancy, board leadership, and high performance mentoring, supported by an MSc in Sports Science from Loughborough University.
