Ryan Hall – Ronseal England All Rounder of the Weekend

A new feature in partnership with Ronseal

Rugby League is back for 2021 – and so too is England Rugby League’s classic partnership with Ronseal.

Each week of the season Ronseal will be giving the Ron-seal of approval to one ‘England RL All Rounder’ – the stand-out player across the Men’s, Women’s and Wheelchair game.

The first award of 2021 goes to England’s record try scorer Ryan Hall, a hat-trick hero for Hull Kingston on debut against Catalans Dragons. His Rovers side may have slipped to a Golden Point defeat, but Hall was also Rovers’ top metre-maker with an impressive 160 from 18 carries.

With the Women’s and Wheelchair games set to restart in the coming weeks, there’ll be plenty of quality to choose from – just like the Ronseal range itself. Wakefield’s Tom Johnstone ran Ryan Hall a close second this week, but the Trinity flyer will certainly be in contention again throughout the year.

The Ronseal England RL All Rounder of the Weekend will be chosen from any player who is eligible for selection for one of the three England teams competing at RLWC2021 – Men’s, Women’s or Wheelchair. The leading woodcare brand will feature on the playing shirts of all three teams during this Autumn’s tournament.
