Adam Higson (Leigh) – Grade A Strikes – 0 Match Penalty Notice

Jarrod Sammut (Leigh) – Grade D Dangerous Throw - Refer to Tribunal 

Brandon Moore (Halifax) – Grade B Dangerous Contact – 2 Match Penalty Notice

Todd Wilkinson (Newcastle) – Grade B Trip – 1 Match Penalty Notice

The following players have been handed cautions:

Gareth Gale (Featherstone) – Other Contrary Behaviour

Danny Addy (Leigh) – Dangerous Contact
