Brian Noble previews the Coral Challenge Cup Final

Noble looks at the match-up between James Roby and Daryl Clark

St Helens and Warrington Wolves will do battle in the 2019 Coral Challenge Cup Final and 2003 winning Head Coach and BBC Pundit Brian Noble thinks we are set for a thrilling encounter.

Noble, who won the Challenge Cup as Bradford Bulls boss, said: “What a final we have in store between St Helens and Warrington Wolves as they’ve been the top two for the majority of the season in Super League.

“This is the perfect stage for Daryl Clark to go ‘I’m going to be Man of the Match’, I’m going to make breaks, I’m going to score tries and I’m going to beat my nemesis which is James Roby on the other side of the fence.

“Roby has been the best number nine in the game for the last 15 years and the match-up is just so exciting.

“I don’t know if we’ve had such a line-up for a Challenge Cup Final for many years.”
