Doncaster, the only League One club remaining in the AB Sundecks 1895 Cup, will face South Yorkshire rivals Sheffield Eagles in the quarter finals later this month.
While the Eagles have the most recent experience of any of the eight quarter-finalists of playing (and winning) at Wembley - with their shock Challenge Cup triumph against Wigan in 1998 - Doncaster are the only one of the eight never to have reached a Challenge Cup final.
Widnes Vikings, who have played in 13 Challenge Cup finals at Wembley and won seven, will have home advantage against Dewsbury as they aim to move to within 80 minutes of a first Wembley appearance since 1993.
Batley Bulldogs, who were the first Challenge Cup winners in 1897, have been drawn away to York City Knights, whose single Wembley appearance was in 1931.
Barrow Raiders, the only Cumbrian club remaining in the competition who were Wembley winners in 1955 and made the most recent of their five Challenge Cup final appearances in 1967, have been drawn away to Leigh Centurions, who were Challenge Cup winners on each of their two Wembley appearances in 1921 and 1971.
The quarter final draw was held this morning on the BBC Radio Leeds Breakfast Show.
