The draw for 1895 Cup has been made by York Knights skipper Liam Harris.
The last-four meetings will see Rochdale Hornets face Widnes Vikings and Midlands Hurricanes entertain London Broncos.
It means there will be at least one new finalist given only Widnes have ever reached the showpiece before.
They featured in the inaugural final in 2019 but missed out to Sheffield Eagles.
Rochdale, who defeated Goole Vikings 24-6 in the quarter-finals, are the lowest-ranked club left in the competition given they sit 13th in the Championship.
They were drawn at home for the semi-final but, given their ground is unavailable that weekend, both clubs have agreed the tie will now be played at Widnes who are up in fourth just four points adrift of top spot.
Midlands delivered the performance of the quarter-finals with a 40-34 win at high-flying Oldham.
They will need another big display to reach the final given unbeaten Championship leaders London have won all 11 league games this term.
Scrum-half Harris, who scored York’s Golden Point winner in last year’s 1895 Cup final against Featherstone Rovers, made the draw with host Ross Fiddes.
The semi-finals will take place on the weekend of June 13/14 with the final scheduled for Monday August 31.
