Two-time Super League Grand Final winner Ben Jones-Bishop will join broadcaster James Deighton for the 1895 Cup quarter-final draw today (April 19), live on BBC Radio Leeds from 5.15pm.
The experienced former Leeds Rhinos winger re-joined York Knights ahead of the 2026 season and has been influential as they arrive in Super League for the first time.
He was part of the York side that suffered 1895 Cup final defeat against Featherstone Rovers at Wembley in 2021 and was also a beaten finalist with Sheffield Eagles versus his former club Wakefield Trinity two years ago.
Round One of the 1895 Cup takes place this weekend, with seven ties happening up and down the country.
The winning sides will book their place in the quarter-finals, which are due to take place over the weekend of May 16/17.
The final will be played on Monday August 31, with the venue to be confirmed in due course.

This is in line with Operational Rule B1:23 and taking into account the circumstances behind North Wales’ cancellation of the fixture.
