Liam Moore has been appointed to referee Thursday’s Betfred World Club Challenge between Hull KR and Brisbane Broncos at the MKM Stadium.
Matty Lynn and Richard Thompson will be the touch-judges, with Chris Kendall the video referee, and Liam Rush the reserve referee.
It will be Moore’s second World Club Challenge, following his appointment in 2024 when Wigan Warriors defeated Penrith Panthers at the DW Stadium. The 30-year-old also took charge of the opening ABK Beer Rugby League Ashes test at Wembley Stadium in the Autumn.
The game will be played as per International Laws and RFL Law Interpretations, the only exception to this will be the removal of the Green Card in this fixture.
