The Rugby League Ashes returns this weekend after a 22-year hiatus when the old rivalry is reignited as England take on Australia at the iconic Wembley Stadium in London.
Rugby League Commercial is delighted to confirm that fans around the world can tune in to watch Shaun Wane’s fired up England team go head-to-head with Kevin Walters’ Australia in the ABK Rugby League Ashes Series this Autumn.
Saturday’s Series opener will be broadcast live on BBC One in the UK (2pm). Further afield, live coverage will be show by Fox Sports and Channel Nine in Australia, Digicel across the Pacific Islands and Fox Sports in the US.
And following the well received broadcast of the Super League Grand Final by Sports Media Group on Channel 1, the Ashes will be available throughout Ukraine, Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.
In addition to the live and exclusive coverage through these broadcast partners, coverage will also be available in all other territories through SuperLeague+, RL Commercial’s direct to consumer streaming service, for a one-off match fee of £7.99 or a Series Pass of all three matches for £14.99.
Adam Treeby, RL Commercial’s Head of Broadcast, said:
“The anticipation and exciting surrounding the ABK Rugby League Ashes series is palpable and it’s great news that fans across the globe can enjoy what promises to be a thrilling trio of matches.”
“On the back of a strong domestic broadcast performance in 2025, the interest in the Ashes is set to drive Rugby League to new audiences through our broadcast partnerships and streaming services.”
