Ahead of Saturday's Betfred Men's and Women's Challenge Cup semi-finals double header in York, fans are encouraged to familiarise themselves with all the key information before travelling to a SOLD OUT LNER Community Stadium.

By Car

The North car park (from Jockey Lane entrance) will not be in use to the general public on Saturday. Fans are advised to use the two park and rides, Grimston Bar and Monks Cross.

Please note, Monks Cross park and ride will be extremely limited, so fans are encouraged to use Grimston Bar.

By Rail

The main station (YO24 1AB) is situated in the centre of York and approximately 3 miles from the LNER Community Stadium.

By Bus

The Stadium is next to Monks Cross Park & Ride site and can be accessed very easily from York city centre. Park and Ride, service 9, picks up from outside York Railway Station to Monks Cross up to every 10 mins.

On match days, York Pullman run the Y22 travelling from The Stonebow straight up to the Stadium and back.

TICKET OFFICE

The ticket office is located in the main reception area outside the North Stand. The ticket office will open at 10am with gates opening at 11am.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

Key Accessibility Features at The LNER Community Stadium:

  • Lift access to all floors of the Azuma East Stand / West Stand
  • Dedicated disabled toilets which are fully accessible (Stoma specific facilities in all accessible toilets around the concourse)
  • Wheelchair height catering counters

BAG POLICY

It is recommended that supporters bring nothing larger than an A4 piece of paper.

If supporters bring rucksacks or backpacks which are bigger than the recommended size, they may be searched and tagged. If they are deemed to be too large, they will be searched, tagged and taken to a secure area for the duration of the match and are to be collected after the match. If a bag is seen on the ground without a tag, it will be necessary for it to be searched and left in a secure area for collection after the match.
