- Mark Percival (St Helens) – Grade D Head Contact – 2 Match Penalty Notice and £250 Fine
- Jack Ashworth (Hull FC) – Grade D Head Contact – 3 Match Penalty Notice and £250 Fine (Higher end of the grade)
- Jack Murchie (Huddersfield Giants) – Grade B Head Contact – £250 Fine
- Luke Thompson (Wigan Warriors) – Grade B Dangerous Contact - £250 Fine
