To help the Rugby League family cope with the impact of the latest coronavirus lockdown, Rugby League Cares is taking its successful Offload mental fitness programme online for six weeks in November and December.
Offload Online Live! fixtures take place every Thursday at 6.45pm, last for 45 minutes and are led by former Rugby League stars, who share their own experiences of managing stressful situations and dealing with adversity.
Why not tune in before watching Wigan Warriors take on Hull FC in the BetFred SuperLeague Semi-final?
The tips and advice are designed to equip people with the skills and techniques needed to manage their own mental fitness from the comfort of their own homes.
Fixtures are delivered in a presentation format, with discussion between the presenters: you will not be expected to speak and you can leave your video turned off if you wish.
Offload Online Live! fixtures are free and available to adults (aged 16+).
Last week's fixture, featuring Robbie Hunter-Paul, Keith Senior and Johnny Lawless was a huge success sharing tips and advice on mental fitness.
This week’s Offload Online Live! will be led by Paul Wood, Lee Jewitt and Keith. Paul made over 350 appearances during a distinguished career with Warrington Wolves, Featherstone Rovers and England, while Lee is currently at Widnes Vikings having previously played for Wigan, Salford, Castleford and Hull KR.
