The Sportsman will focus attention on the battle at the top of Betfred League One this weekend, with live and exclusive coverage of Keighley Cougars’ home fixture against Hunslet.
The Cougars are currently top of the table with a 100% record from their first six matches, in which they have scored an average of 50 points, as they aim to bounce straight back following their relegation from the Betfred Championship last season.
But they will be expecting their toughest test yet from a Hunslet team who sit in fourth, after coming from behind to beat North Wales Crusaders 22-14 at the South Leeds Stadium.
With only one automatic promotion place on offer this season, the stakes are high in what will be the only televised Rugby League fixture on Sunday, after the Betfred Super League programme has been completed with the matches at Hull KR and Leigh on Saturday.
Kick-off at Cougar Park is at 3pm, with coverage starting at 2:50pm.
The Sportsman will again be showing 20 matches across a range of competitions in 2024 – and in recent weeks, that has included the European Wheelchair Championship between Wigan Warriors and Catalans Dragons, and the thrilling Betfred Women’s Super League opener between York Valkyrie and St Helens.
