Live and exclusive coverage of the NCL continues on Our League

The Impact Performance National Conference League returns to the Our League on Saturday (July 29) when York Acorn host and Rochdale Mayfield at Thanet Road (KO 3pm) in the Premier Division.

The game is just one of 10 fixtures which will be live streamed this summer – all completely free, for anyone who has signed up to Our League – again, at no charge.

The NCL invested in regular Our League streaming for the first time in 2022, culminating in an excellent Premier Division Grand Final that saw Hunslet Club Parkside lift the trophy after beating West Hull.

With only a handful of points separating the current top six, Saturday’s fixture could have a huge impact on the current league standings as teams begin to look ahead to the play-offs.

Four points currently separate York and Rochdale and a win for the home team could take the side within two points of their nearest rivals. But after Rochdale’s 56-12 demolition of their opponents in June, Mayfield coaches Sam Butterworth and Steve Wood will be hoping that their side are victorious and maintain fourth place.

And the action doesn’t stop there!

Saturday August 5 will see a return to Our League for Rochdale when they host last season’s runners up, West Hull, (KO 2.30pm) in a battle between third and fourth. When the two sides met earlier this season, it was Hull who earnt bragging rights after a comfortable 28-10 victory, but Rochdale will be hoping that home advantage can guide them to a win.

Our League cameras will be there to capture the action from both fixtures starting at 3pm on July 29 and 2.30pm on August 5. If you need to create Our League an account, you can sign up for free here.
