- Sean Slater (Oldham) – Grade C Dangerous Throw – 2 Match Penalty Notice
- Wellington Albert (London Broncos) – Grade B High Tackle – 1 Match Penalty Notice
- Matt Costello (Barrow Raiders) – Grade C Dangerous Contact – 3 Match Penalty Notice
- Brad England (Bradford Bulls) – Grade B Trip – 1 Match Penalty Notice
The following incidents have been referred for further investigation:

- Shane Lee (West Wales Raiders) – Biting
